What is your mission?

 

  • Reaching out to new and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings to promote products or services.
  • Following up on leads generated from marketing efforts and ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up on promptly.
  • Managing daily sales operations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage existing accounts, drive organic growth, and build relationships through direct mails and follow-ups.
  • Utilize SAP CRM for updating the sales funnel and reporting, maintaining accurate customer profiles.
  • Maintains product knowledge by attending training workshops and keeping up to date on product material.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess 4 years of bachelor’s degree in any science-based programme. Chemistry Science/Biotech or other related medical course will be preferred.
  • Candidate must have 1-2 years overall Sales experience with a technical (scientific) background. Experience working in a lab or pursuing research is preferred. 
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environmentand be able to balance multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
  • Native Thai with good verbal and written communication skills in English.
