What is your mission?

Assist in identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions by collaborating  with agency Partners

● Work with a wide variety of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solution for each customer

● Provide strategic advice and help agencies get the best ROI on their clients’ advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role

● Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to Agencies.

● Implement creative ways to improve Google's Agency relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and upsell or promote other Google products.

● Communicate with Agencies proactively, via phone and email

● Product/service sales, upsell (outbound - HiPo)

● Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale

● Explain Google products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs

● Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google products.

● Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

● Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects

● Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota

● Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used

● Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 2 years of work experience in B2B sales interacting with CX levels. Business development experience preferably in SaaS or Cloud Providers

• Candidates experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales and target driven environment.

• Work both independently and in collaboration with sales teams to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google Cloud products.

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to find, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating Google Cloud products.

• Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs

• Help prospects get excited and engage with Google Cloud teams to evaluate product offering

• Strive for high prospect engagement in order to put them in contact with Sales teams

• Discovery and qualification of sales meetings  • Work collaboratively with Sales teams and support them in reaching their targets

• Need to be detail oriented, highly proactive and organized in order to contact a large number of prospects.  

• Effectively tracks and communicates deal progress and performance against performance goals to relevant stakeholders on periodic basis using simple, clear and concise language.

• Strong outbound sales skills with proven experience sourcing leads, drive sales growth and generating new sales pipeline for Sales teams

• Business development experience preferably in SaaS or Cloud Providers.

• Expertise working with SFDC manage individual & team campaigns, accounts, leads, and opportunities ,

• Able to process high volume of calls and emails.

• Ensure achievement of Key KPIs on a consistent basis

• Comfort using email, chat client (GChat or other) and Google Meet.

• Understanding of the local market and local business environment.

• Native language speaker of the market the representative covers.  

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
