What is your mission?
You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Support the B&E Team in planning and executing employee engagement events and activities, which may include both outdoor and indoor sessions.
- Support the Engagement Team in Day-1 Induction program.
- Support and assist the Branding Team in filming, photo-taking, and post-production for content creation.
- Co-ordinate with vendors to order customized employee gifts.
- Input and ensure accuracy of data in the system, handle administrative documentation and reports, including inventory of merchandise.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). Knowledge in Canva and Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
