What is your mission?
Based in Istanbul, this role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across the EMEA region while also supporting HR Operations for the Türkiye Campus. Reporting to both the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager and the Türkiye Senior HR Manager, you will ensure the timely delivery of headcount targets in the EMEA region and support the local HR functions in Türkiye.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across the EMEA region, including sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing, selecting candidates and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements to meet hiring needs on a timely basis.
- Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets.
- Prepare and complete the recruitment administrative functions: Tracking systems, ATS, internal platforms.
- Prepare recruitment reports to monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Assist Türkiye Senior HR Manager with HR operations tasks, such as compliance, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and internal communication activities.
- Support in the coordination of local HR initiatives, programs, and policies for the Türkiye campus.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree and above in related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in multinational environment is a plus)
- Take full ownership and responsibility for achieving results, demonstrating strong accountability.
- Exhibit the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven track record of thriving under pressure while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
