What is your mission?

 

  • Research and Identify Target Market: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential target markets and industries that require contact center services. Utilize various sources, such as online directories, industry-specific websites, and social media platforms, to gather relevant data and build a database of potential leads.
  • Lead Generation: Employ proven lead generation techniques and strategies to identify and engage potential prospects. Utilize channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate interest and create a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Qualify and Evaluate Leads: Conduct initial screening and qualification of leads to determine their suitability for our contact center services. Assess their needs, budget (if available) and decision-making authority to prioritize leads for further engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, understanding their pain points, and presenting our contact center services as solutions to their specific requirements. Build rapport, address objections, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights about prospects, including their needs, preferences, and any relevant interactions, to facilitate effective sales conversations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities, interactions, and outcomes using our CRM system. Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven Experience: Minimum [2] years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment, with a track record of successfully identifying and converting leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate our TDCX business in a clear and concise manner. A persuasive and engaging communication style is essential for effective lead generation.
  • Research and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research, identify target markets, and gather relevant data for lead generation activities. Strong analytical skills to evaluate prospects and assess their potential fit with our services.
  • Sales and Customer Service Acumen: Familiarity with sales and customer service principles, understanding customer needs, and effective relationship-building techniques. An understanding of contact center operations and services is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. A resilient and persistent approach to lead generation, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM systems, lead generation tools, email marketing platforms, and other relevant technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
