What is your mission?

 

  • Draft and vet contracts and legal documents
  • Provide legal advice
  • Draft and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with law firms where law firms are instructed
  • Advise on Thai legislative changes and ensure company compliance with such changes
  • Other tasks assigned

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Lawyer qualified in Thailand
  • 3 to 4 years' relevant experience
  • Bilingual in Thai and English 
  • Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas of Thai law: HR (including immigration law for foreign workers), personal data protection, real property (leases), contracts, companies (corporate), compliance with BPO industry law
  • High degree of honesty and integrity
  • Willing to learn
