What is your mission?
- Schedule appointments with clients to obtain license usage information
- Meetings with customers to collect the data will be done remotely
- Take inbound calls from customers who need technical assistance in completing the license usage and deployment inventory
- Assist Autodesk customer to deploy and troubleshoot Autodesk Inventory Advisor Tool
- Assist Autodesk customers to troubleshoot PowerShell scripts and other queries.
- Assist Autodesk customers to create group policies and roll them out.
- In some circumstances, assist customer to execute manual data collection
- Evaluate inventory data to ensure it is complete and prepared for analysis by Autodesk.
Who are we looking for?
- Ability to work alone and manage own workload
- Very good IT skills, including various Asset Management Tools
- Proven track record in business-to-business communication
- Have the technical skills & experience to think on their feet
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- DNS/DHCP & Network Configuration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and network technologies
- Desktop/Server Support experience
- MS Excel
- Be able to understand and troubleshoot Powershell Scripts and other queries (nice to have)
- Languages: English is a must; secondary European language preferred
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Accreditation
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience working in a client-facing environment e.g. technical services
- Microsoft SCCM
- Familiarity with a variety of SAM tools such as Flexera or Snow
