What is your mission?
The Manager, Pricing & Revenue Intelligence, will play a strategic and high-impact role by shaping TDCX’s global pricing strategy and supporting the Client Solutions team with advanced insights on revenue forecasting and pricing optimization. This leader will oversee the global sales pipeline, analyze financial trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making that aligns with TDCX’s ambitious growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Pricing & Revenue Optimization
• Develop and refine pricing models that balance competitiveness with profitability, ensuring alignment with TDCX’s financial goals and market conditions.
• Design scalable, client-centric pricing frameworks that adapt to new business opportunities and encourage organic growth.
• Oversee the implementation of pricing strategies globally, collaborating with Client Solutions and Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Global Pipeline Analysis & Forecasting
• Monitor and analyze the global sales pipeline, delivering timely insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in client acquisition and expansion, using advanced analytics to support decision-making.
• Establish and maintain a centralized database to track and analyze pipeline metrics across regions, supporting visibility into global sales progress.
Workforce Management & Resource Planning Support
• Provide data-driven workforce management support by integrating pricing metrics with resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Workforce Management teams to ensure optimal staffing levels aligned with pipeline demands and business objectives.
Revenue Intelligence & Financial Forecasting
• Lead the development of advanced revenue forecasting models, integrating market data, client trends, and financial objectives.
• Deliver accurate revenue projections for both new clients and existing accounts to support TDCX’s growth planning and budgeting efforts.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies to enhance predictability for both new logos and organic growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a key partner for the Client Solutions team, translating pricing and revenue insights into actionable strategies.
• Present sophisticated analyses, pricing recommendations, and revenue forecasts to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other relevant teams to drive cohesive pricing and revenue strategies that propel TDCX’s market position.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your nature/classification of employment in the organization and as may be deemed necessary by the company in its evolving business exigencies and requirements.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial strategy, ideally within the BPO or related service industry.
• Proven expertise in developing strategic pricing models and conducting complex pipeline and revenue analyses.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and data interpretation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights for executive presentations.
• Proficiency with Excel, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, global environment and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
