What is your mission?

  • Provide peer-level support to moderators by offering real-time guidance on policy questions and complex cases
  • Reinforce updates to moderation policies, workflows, or tools through hands-on support and clarifications
  • Identify common misunderstandings, recurring issues, and surface them to PMT
  • Promote a strong team culture by encouraging healthy moderation habits, empathy, and thoughtful decision-making
  • Collaborate with QA and Supervisors to improve consistency and flag quality patterns worth deeper investigation
  • Contribute to team projects such as pilot queues, documentation reviews, or onboarding new hires

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in any field.
  • Solid understanding of policy intent, escalation thresholds, and Trust & Safety workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both when explaining decisions and when helping peers understand nuance.
  • A calm, collaborative approach to problem-solving and peer guidance.
  • Professional resilience when working with challenging or sensitive content.
