What is your mission?

 

  • Key person to drive HR related systems initiatives at Group level and Take ownership of the execution and ongoing maintenance of all HR related systems.
  • Work with TDCX HR team and Regional HR team to ensure key HR processes are supported by the HRIS or modifying existing HRIS to meet changing requirements.
  • Set directions, priorities and leading a team of HR system developers and functional consultants.
  • Manage day-to-day HRIS operations including setup, customizations, addressing HRIS issues, managing system upgrades and other related support.
  • Develop communication and training materials, coordinate and actively participate and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) and Create and conduct system training to system users.
  • Provide insights through metrics, reporting and variance analysis and Prepares, develops and analyses daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentation on key performance indicators and other key statistical data
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years experiences in SuccessFactors maintenance and project implementation
  • Knowledge and configuration experience SuccessFactors EC module at the minimum.
  • Experience of HR process design, business case development, HR technology solutions and shared service implementations are added advantage
  • Experience of project management methods and lifecycle, change management methodology and end-to-end implementation
  • Possess sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
