What is your mission?

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will work with a mid-size multilingual team as an Online Media Account Manager for one of our clients, a Silicon Valley digital giant. You will manage relationships with our client's customers serving as a trusted advisor and consultant on the effectiveness of their media and advertisement campaigns according to their budgets while delivering a #happier customer experience. As an Online Media Account Manager, you are a nimble player who is well-organized and comfortable managing multiple client requests at once.

Your performance will be measured on how well you:

  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of customers by providing best-in-class media and product support via phone and email
  • Partner with different departments to troubleshoot campaign issues flagged by assigned customers
  • Advice on media creative, content quality and development, and campaign optimization to maximize performance and delivery
  • Support customer communication and education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs via webinars and demos
  • Ability to troubleshoot client issues that arise from using self-serve products 
  • Help drive the activation of customers’ media solution to ensure complete utilization
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

 

You will be put through a very dynamic 3-4 weeks onboarding and training plan on customer service and communication skills, shadowing sessions, and state-of-the-art product knowledge and CRM systems. (By the way, be ready to make some good friends during this time!)

Who are we looking for?

  • Ability to write and speak fluently, clearly, and concisely in English + another European language (German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish) in order to support specific markets. The more languages you speak, the better!
  • Experience in customer service, advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Flexibility to work from home and from the office 
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations. But nothing beats the commitment to yourself to be as good as you possibly can. We'll help you achieve this goal
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to balance multiple tasks at the same time
  • Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
