What is your mission?

 

  • Provide subject matter expertise for proper statistical experimental test design and measurement for omnichannel tests
  • Project manage large scale projects ensuring clear communication and superior execution of plans
  • Responsible for adoption and change managment of the current and new BI and analytics efforts within the busines community
  • Lead a team of Analyst, Database, Business Managers and provide leadership to attract, develop, coach, motivate, and retain talent within a matrixed organization
  • Engages in senior level customer meetings to discuss customer's business issues and explores platform that can help address and resolve issues
  • Provide technical and business leadership to improve the performance of multiple business processes and increase profitability
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferable with 3 -5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting agile data analytics to support analytical intiatives of internal or external stakeholders
  • Experience in analyzing different types of data to support business needs and present the results in concise visualization formats
  • Knowledgeable in PowerBI, Tableau Knime, Power Query, Statistics, Data Science, Insights and Analysis
  • Flexible with work schedule and can work onsite when needed
