What is your mission?
The Operations Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Serves as Liason between TDCX and the Project
- Proactively updates and flags to Project emerging issues and offer actions to mitigate but also proactively share best practices to drive performance and efficiency of the team to achieve the client standards.
- Ensure staffing coverage meets the requirements while driving revenue and reducing cost by controlling absenteeism and attrition
- Optimize program operations with a focus on process management, key strategic initiatives per quarter and ensures basics are always in place and operations manager proactively brings ideas and tangible actions to improve the business and performance
- Walks the walk - Ensuer agreed deliverables are met on time and in right quality
- Regular coaching and development of the team lead group is indispensable to provide consistent messaging and coaching, performance management and prioritization of task of all teams. It is expected from the operations manager to ensure the performance corridor of different market is very narrow and performance is as consistent as possible across markets within the same program.
- Ascertains that the quality assurance team ensures processes are in accordance with Project expectations as well as contractually agreed number of quality audits are met
Who are we looking for?
The Operations Manager will be required to support all lines of business. Recommended requirement:
- Should have a minumum 3 to 5 years of divers experience in scalable operations and sales environment ideally with experience in managing internal and external (3rd party vendor partners) stakeholders to drive results.
- Strong collaboration skills across function and regions, ability to adapt to a fast (1) paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact and share best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to articulate the story and drivers behind postiive or negative performance trends tied to tangible actions
- Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- Ability to effectively prioritize task and manage time, even under high pressure situations
- BA/BS or MA/MS degree & equivalent experience
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
