What is your mission?
Client Management: Interface with the Clients frequently and maintain strong relationship with them.
Project and Team Management:
- Communicate targets from clients to team leaders to representatives.
- Responsible for people development and alignment of goals to meet client objectives
- Conduct goal setting with Team Leaders and agents
- Manage the individual and overall performance of global market, team Leader and agents.
- Maintain product and process expertise and develop the business acumen of Team Leads and agents
- Provide coaching and feedback sessions to Team Leaders, documenting results, counseling and mentoring and delegation of work as deemed necessary
Who are we looking for?
- At least two (2) years in college
- 5 years of experience in BPO or similar environment
- Minimum of 3 years on a lead/supervisor capacity
- In-depth knowleged of BPO back office performance metrics
- Excellent computer skills, including MS office and G Suite. Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organizational and time management skills
