What is your mission?

  • Maintain and manage the SAP HR system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Administer and support the performance management process within SAP.
  • Manage employee records and life-cycle data (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, etc.).
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate closely with the Workforce Management team to support planning and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in handling employee information.
  • Support end-users with system-related queries and training when needed.
  • Participate in HRIS system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Experience or familiarity with SAP HR modules is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI or willing to learn.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
