What is your mission?

As a PMO HR Intern, you’ll support the HR team in managing and coordinating HR projects. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, project coordination, and working with different HR teams.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Help update and maintain simple project trackers and timelines
  • Assist in preparing reports, slides, and basic dashboards
  • Participate in whiteboarding sessions (e.g. process mapping and brainstorming)
  • Help collect data and document HR processes and workflows
  • Support meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up on action items
  • Work with HR team members to gather project updates
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree undergraduate in HR, Business, Management, or related field
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership, program management, and cross-functional teamwork experience
  • Possesses good critical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan well with strong organizational skills to execute tasks efficiently.
  • Results-driver and desire to innovate and simplify current process and practices
  • Possesses strong time management skills and motivated to exceed expectations Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
