What is your mission?
- To handle full set of payroll processing for our client
- To attend to all payroll matters and queries
- To liaise with all relevant statutory bodies, e.g. income tax, goverment tax
- Responsible for monthly statutory submission
- Generate all payroll related reports and employees` Pay-slips/tax forms, verification and distribution
- Prompt handling of employees’ enquiries pertaining to payroll-related matters such as medical and insurance claims
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.

Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Preferable with 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Hands-on working experience in payroll software applications (example: Syncpay Easypay) is a definite advantage
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory
- Basic knowledge in payroll-related statutory/legal requirement is definite advantage
- Able to work under tight deadlines and time pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
