What is your mission?
- End-to-end process management for new and existing processes
- Creates process document as a result of new process, change in the process and improvement programs
- Ensure program is aligned and compliant with ISMS (ISO 27001)
- Serves as POC for ISMS ISO 27001 Compliance and other client audits
- Drive Data Security and Privacy awareness across the program
- Act as the account's Process Compliance Advocate to ensure that first layer of compliance is in place
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree not required but needs to have extensive experience in a process improvement/excellence role in the BPO industry
- Experience in conducting Focus Group Discussions, brainstorming and collaboration sessions
- 3 years+ prior experience in developing policies, process documentation
- Build solutions through data driven approach
- Able to perform root cause analysis and develop SMART action plans
- Flexible with work schedule and amenable to work onsite daily
- Above average English oral and written communication skills is a must
