What is your mission?
- Identify and profile key decision-makers, stakeholders, and target accounts using LinkedIn, online research platforms, and industry databases.
- Conduct account and contact research to uncover business opportunities, organizational structures, buying signals, and customer insights.
- Enrich and maintain prospect and account data using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other digital research platforms.
- Validate, cleanse, and maintain data quality to ensure the sales pipeline remains accurate, complete, and actionable.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Agents and Sales Managers to support prospecting, account prioritization, and opportunity generation activities.
- Ensure qualified leads and account intelligence are accurately documented and handed over for customer engagement and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records, activities, and account information within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other sales systems.
- Monitor profiling productivity, data quality, and pipeline contribution metrics to support overall sales performance.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation, tele-profiling, market research, business development, telemarketing, sales support, or related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong research and analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in technology, digital sales, business intelligence, market research, or customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, online research tools, and sales databases such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to gather, validate, and organize information from multiple sources.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy and data quality.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools. Exposure to Power BI is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, curious, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
