What is your mission?

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of diverse construction projects, ensuring they meet safety and timeline benchmarks.
• Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Consultants, and Authorities, providing transparent and professional updates on project milestones.
• Technical Excellence: Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical specifications to ensure project viability.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential site risks and material deficiencies early, providing creative solutions to keep the project on track.
• Regulatory Navigation: Lead the implementation of project workflows, including all necessary authority applications and regulatory submissions.
• Strategic Reporting: Monitor site progress meticulously and compile data-driven reports for senior management.

Who are we looking for?

• Educational Foundation: A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).
• Industry Seasoning: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command over site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
• Regulatory Savvy: Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory approval processes and submission standards.
• Mobility: A valid Class 3 Driving License is highly preferred to facilitate site visits.
• Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle ad-hoc technical challenges as they arise.
