What is your mission?

  • Oversee overall project implementation from inception to completion
  • Plan, Lead and Organize assigned project which include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports and establishing effective project communication and execution of plans
  • Monitors and control project progress, and ensures key milestones are reached 
  • Ensures a smooth project transition to respective stakeholders and provides a plan for any setback
  • Knowledgeable in process creation and improvements 
  • Budget and cost management 
  • Invoicing oversight 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any course, undergraduate accepted with min 3 year's re;evant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Project Manager
  • BPO Leaders with project management experience or have launched LOBs or pilot programs is an advantage
  • Working Knowledge of presentation (PPT), spreadsheet application and macro skills preferredbut not a hard requirement
  • Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to interact with and influence people at all levels 
  • Excellent Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
