What is your mission?

• Oversee overall project implementation from inception to completion.
• Plan, Lead and Organize assigned project which include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports and establishing effective project communication and execution of plans. 
• Monitors and control project progress, and ensures key milestones are reached 
  Maintain high engagement amongst seld and team members to ensure high productivity. 
• Maintain an open communication path between project members and stakeholders to help identify project progress and issues that must be resolved to keep the project on track. 
• Ensures a smooth project transition to respective stakeholders and provides a plan for any setback. 

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree of any course, undergraduate accepted with min 3 years' relevant experience 
• BPO Leaders with project management experience or have launched LOBs or pilot programs is an advantage 
• Working knowledge of presentation (PPT), Spreadsheet application and macros 
• Has effective Listenins skills 
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline 
• Can work under pressure and make sound decisions
