What is your mission?
- Accomplishes quality assurance and compliance with people objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning, scheduling coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves quality assurance and compliance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets quality assurance and compliance financial objectives by estimating requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Develops quality assurance and compliance financial objectives by estimating requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variancesl initiating corrective actions.
- Develops quality assurance and compliance financial objectives by estimating requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variancesl initiating corrective actions.
- Develops quality assurance and compliance plans by conducting risk analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a Quality Management role
- Minimum of 3 years on a Managerial capacity
- Minimum of at least 12 months experience with Order Management, Operations, or Order to Cash
- Expertise with QA and Compliance processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines
- Willing to work 100% onsite & flexible with work schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
