What is your mission?

 

  • Set up risk management, crisis management, and disaster recovery practices and trial-runs across all TDCX locations
  • Collaborate with all departments in creating, maintaining, reviewing, and enhancing business continuity processes
  • Conduct periodic audits on governance, risk, and compliance domains across departments and drive implementation of business continuity program on risk management, crisis management, and disaster recovery
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all reported threats and/or incidents on business continuity within company
  • Provide management reporting on determined risks to business continuity along with prescribed actions
  • Liaise, as needed, with all relevant external bodies (building administration, local government, and the like) in the event of disasters or in disaster simulations
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Preferable with 3- 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge and experience in any of the following: Business Continuity Management, Risk and Crisis Management, and/or Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Experience in implementing and in practicing operational standards around Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Lean Sigma and/or Six Sigma-trained and certified
  • Demonstrated excellent organization, facilitation, written and oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
