What is your mission?

As a Readiness Customer Service Specialist, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. 

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Support the Advertisers for online marketing and campaigns such as account creation, billing set up, etc via phone or email.
  • Manage the relationship between Internal Teams and Advertisers resulting in increased business by providing consultative solutions.
  • Act as a voice for advertisers to provide product and process improvement opportunities back to Internal Teams.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field. 
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role in BPO Industry
  • Passion for social media, Digital marketing or online advertising. 
  • Enjoy being on the phone with our clients 
  • Strong communication skills and a flair for convincing and presenting an argument 
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese. 
  • Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur
