What is your mission?

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in high-volume hiring, particularly within fast-paced environments. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, partner closely with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent efficiently and at scale.

 

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing large candidate pipelines, working with tight hiring timelines, and supporting continuous ramp-up needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume roles, including operations and frontline positions.
  • Conduct large-scale candidate sourcing, screening, phone assessments, and interview coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on job requirements, hiring priorities, and weekly recruitment updates.
  • Build strong funnels through job portals, social media, databases, networking, and referral channels.
  • Support employer branding activities to improve candidate attraction in the volume hiring space.
  • Track recruitment metrics, generate updates, and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and maintain accurate ATS data.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to increase speed, quality, and efficiency for high-volume needs.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to volume hiring.
  • Strong communication skills in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines and high-volume requisitions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to support fast hiring cycles.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

     

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience in the BPO industry, customer service, or other volume hiring sectors.
  • Experience supporting employer branding or candidate engagement activities.
  • Knowledge of the Korea talent market and competitive hiring landscape.
