What is your mission?

The Rewards Officer is responsible and accountable for tasks including but not limited to:

  • Providing support and assisting with a range of reward initiatives, including pay benchmarking, Anniversary Tokens and Incentive Reward schemes
  • Analysing current Rewards Programs to attract candidates and retain employees
  • Planning and implementing the Rewards package that the company offers its employees
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • With 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits
  • With Strong administrative skills
  • Has good MS Excel skills
  • Preferably has experience with data analytics
  • Has WFH (work from home) capability
