What is your mission?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field
  • One or more of the following certificatiosn is highly desirable: Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), ISO: 31000 Lead Risk Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experiene in risk management, compliance, innovation strategy, or a similar function
  • Experience in implementing or overseeing compliance programs aligned with frameworks like ISO, PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, etc.
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliane frameworks such as ISO:3100 (Risk Management), PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, etc.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any fields.
  • Preferable with 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least certified in Six Sigma Green Belt or trained in certain disciplines such as Six Sigma Green Belt, COPC, Agile, Lean, Process Improvements, Project Management, others
  • Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
  • With proven experience in handling projects related to continuous improvements/innovation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
