What is your mission?
- Ability to effectively work on Inbound and Outbound leads provided by client
- Responsible for assigned portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met
- Ability to be an advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business
- Target driven environment, so ability to achieve individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the customer base across region is crucial
- Be part of the largest team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the online marketing environment
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Passion and a genuine interest in online marketing.
- Creative mindset and good understanding of client’s needs.
- Analytical skills and a logical mindset
- Strong communication skills and a flair for convincing and presenting an argument
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in English and native in the language of supporting market
