What is your mission?
Are you a recent graduate or early in career with a passion for sales and customer engagement? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Response Representative (DRR). In this role, you will help identify and qualify new sales opportunities, focusing on warm leads and collaborating with our Sales team to build a consistent pipeline that drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads Scrubbing: During down times, keep leads datasets updated by validating information and adding points of contacts to each lead.
- Manage inbound leads: Evaluate customer interest generated through a variety of channels. Follow-up within required timeframes, ensuring a prompt and effective qualification process. Move prospective customers through the sales funnel.
- Prospect & identify opportunities: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.
- Nurture relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions.
- Achieve targets: Meet quarterly goals by enriching leads datasets, transforming leads into opportunities, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining strong follow-up practices
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
- Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs
- Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation)
- Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and profecient level of German.
