What is your mission?

 

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your sales' team
  • Lead a high-performing sales' team through an exciting transition to build problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities which will enable the department to develop deeper, more scalable solutions
  • Team management responsibilities for a team, whilst also serving as a cross-functional and a global liaison in developed areas of sales' expertise
  • Establish sales' goal and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results
  • Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to problem solve analytical approaches and develop solutions
  • Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication
  • Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
  • Possess project and resource management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent decision making and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
