What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced sales training professional to join our Project team. The Trainer will plan and execute training priorities of the Project. This position will be responsible to maximizes sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needs and will implement programs in order to scale training and effectiveness based on the project needs and KPIs. Ability in liaising with various stakeholders in order to leverage synergies in training programs is critical to success.


You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process and product training; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance.
  • Ensure new representatives have a smooth transition from the training environment to the work environment.
  • Determines training needs by sitting in with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; identifying gaps and providing alternatives to solving them.
  • Attend regular meetings with team supervisors to understand performance gaps of teams and individuals.
  • Experience in carrying out call calibration sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
  • Closely align coaching performance with identified business metrics and Implement and give feedback on training programs.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.


Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field. ACTA or PDTD certification will be an advantage
  • Experience in B2B sales training, marketing, or other experience, in related fields such as brand or business consulting or sales training & development.
  • Basic instructional design understanding, including blended approaches and familiar with SPIN and Richardson selling models would be an added advantage
  • Heavy interest in marketing in the digital/media industry.
  • Experience and passion for leading/facilitating sales teams through training, education experiences.
  • Strong project management skills and proven track record of working with timelines and success measures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
