What is your mission?
- Evolve best practices in compliance control, ensuring to keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company.
- Conducts audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standard.
- Conduct investigations when compliance problems arise to discover the root of the issue.
- Keep informed of and ensure that the company operates within the given environmental standards.
- Address employees' concern about any ethical or other compliance matters within a department or division with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ethical employment standards set out by the law and corporate regulations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related qualification.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Possesses knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
- Ability to be methodical and diligent with outstanding planning capabilities.
- Being certified as a compliance professional is considered as an added advantage.
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
