What is your mission?

Technical Leadership

• Design, architect, and implement scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Provide technical direction and set coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to guide technical strategies.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members to ensure continuous team growth.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and ensure adherence to established standards.

Project Management

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Break down complex technical challenges into actionable tasks for the team.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful delivery.

Collaboration and Communication

• Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals.
• Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA.
• Represent the engineering team in strategy discussions and roadmap planning.
• Work closely with management and team members, taking on responsibilities and tasks as requested to support organizational goals and ensure seamless teamwork.

Who are we looking for?

Technical Skills

• Required: Strong expertise in Node.js and React.js for backend and frontend development, respectively.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Python and experience in AI/ML technologies will be a plus.
• Expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and scalable infrastructure.
• Strong experience with [cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, databases, etc.].
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and development practices.

Leadership and Communication

• Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
• Previous experience in high-growth agile startups is a plus but not a requirement.
