What is your mission?

 

  • Partner with the appropriate internal and client cross-functional groups to deliver feedback regarding compliance to company policy including opportunities for improvement as well as providing direct feedback to Operations and concerned parties.
  • Identify training deficiencies, trends, gaps, and additional needs through performing various forms of compliance audit to act as a resource and advisor to the training department.
  • Liaise with HR on fraudulent or Compliance-related cases as well as with the IT and Facilities department on matters regarding Information and Physical Security.
  • Perform Compliance Audits as required.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
  • Document and implement fraud prevention systems on accounts.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any fields.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Possesses expertise in QA/Compliance processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines is preferred
  • Experienced in coaching, inspiring, and motivating others to meet goals and metrics.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
