What is your mission?

 

  • Review RFI and RFP documents and draft responses once the scope and requirements are established.
  • Create proposals in documents and presentations.
  • Coordinate with corss functional groups for data gathering and defining the Scope of Work.
  • Prepare and assist in client visits.
  • Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Share best practices, constructive feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or B2B sales/account management
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification, and contact verification.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft offie.
  • Showcases reliability and the ability to work in a high profile position with minimal supervision and management.
  • Flexible with work schedule and can report on site if needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
