What is your mission?
- Set the organization's pay structure and benefits offerings
- Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans
- Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal
- Provide analysis and propose job evaluations, compensation and benefits packages for new positions
- Choose and manage outside partners such as benefits vendors and investment brokers
- Coordinate and supervise the work activities of specialist and support staff
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- 3 years of work experience specifically handling compensations and benefits (preferably under HR Department)
- Minimum of 2 years on a Managerial capacity
- With expertise in handling and processing statutory benefits
- Has working knowledge in job analysis and evaluation, job grading, salary structure design, and familiar with different benefits packages in the market
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
- Advance knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
