What is your mission?
- Be part of TDCX 24x7 SOC team to monitor and respond to incident and task related events utilizing individual judgment to determine the best course of action and actively utilizing discretion to remediate events.
- Review cybersecurity incidents, threat analysis perform cyber incident triage during a cyber outbreak.
- Responsible to ensure cybersecurity compliance are met.
- Actively search for threats, indicators of compromise, and data exfiltration within the environment.
- Triage and remediate security detections. This includes escalation when to Tier 2/3 teams when required.
- Assist Tier 2/3 teams in implementing changes and performing routine maintenance tasks for SIEM and XDR and other security tools.
- Create and maintain documentation support the security environment.
- Collaborate with various Information Security and Information Technology teams to ensure the overall security of the firm, plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems and networks.
- Develop project timelines for system upgrades and implementation.
- Troubleshoot security and network problems, ensuring to respond to all system and/or network security breaches.
- Establish disaster recovery procedures and conduct security breach drills.
- Remain up to date with the latest security systems, standards, authentication protocols, and products.
- Conduct daily administrative tasks, report and communicate with the relevant departments within the organization.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related qualification.
- Preferably with 4 years of relevant working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
- Certification of Certified SOC Analyst is an added advantage.
- Possesses a strong working knowledge of endpoint security, email security, threat intelligent and SIEM.
- Demonstrated excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
