Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / AWS Migration Lead to drive the migration of on-prem and SharePoint-based systems to the AWS Data Analytics Platform (DAP). You will re-architect scripts, build AWS pipelines, and ensure a smooth transition for all users.

Job Description 
    •    Lead migration of legacy systems to AWS DAP with zero disruption.
    •    Work with AWS teams on migration strategy and implementation.
    •    Rebuild Python scripts & UiPath automation into SageMaker/Glue.
    •    Develop ETL pipelines and serverless workflows using AWS Lambda.
    •    Migrate Tableau dashboards to QuickSight.
    •    Connect data from HRPS, Gateway, SharePoint, MS Lists, FormSG, MS Access.
    •    Create documentation, testing plans, and conduct user training.

Who are we looking for?

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (SageMaker, QuickSight, Athena, Lambda, Glue, S3).
• Skilled in Python + AWS SDK/CLI; experience converting automations to AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, YAML/JSON).
• Strong ETL, data pipeline, and serverless architecture experience.
• Tableau & QuickSight visualisation experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab, Nexus Repo, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong documentation and user training capabilities.
