What is your mission?
- Support partners in identifying technical requirements and designing suitable cloud solution environments based on customer needs
- Analyze customers’ current infrastructure and provide recommendations for future-state cloud solutions and improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions, supporting cloud adoption and migration
- Ensure cloud solutions and workloads are aligned with customer requirements and optimized for performance and scalability
- Provide consultative support to partners and customers by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful solution implementation and technical outcomes
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Preferably with 4+ years of working experience in technical pre-sales, cloud solutions engineering, or systems integration
- Strong passion and interest in cloud technologies and solutions
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
