What is Your Mission?

Your mission is to drive sales and accelerate pipeline growth within a fast-paced, partner-led Cloud ecosystem. Working within a collaborative sales team, you will bridge the gap between initial lead qualification and final deal closure. You will partner with senior sales reps, external channel partners, and technical engineers to qualify business needs, speed up mid-market deals, and secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Ownership & Pipeline Velocity: Guide mid-market accounts seamlessly from the initial qualification stage through negotiation and final contract closure. Proactively manage partner-led opportunities, resolving deal bottlenecks to maintain strict pipeline momentum, stage accuracy, and optimal conversion rates.
  • Ecosystem Synergy & Partner Enablement: Act as a strategic liaison between external channel teams and corporate clients to cultivate long-term relationships. Advocate for the ecosystem’s core technology suite, ensuring partners are equipped with the necessary enablement materials and strategic programs to advance complex deals.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy & Data Integrity: Team up with frontline BDRs and Senior Field Sales representatives to systematically cover high-potential territories. Interface with solutions engineers to structure technical proposals while ensuring all pipeline metrics, forecasting data, and account milestones are meticulously updated in Salesforce.
  • Commercial Qualification & Client Advisory: Interface directly with client executives and external stakeholders to articulate business value during critical evaluation meetings. Conduct rigorous deal validation to ensure only high-intent, qualified requirements advance into the commercial pipeline.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A Core Certification such as Cloud Digital Leader (or an appropriate equivalent) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quota-carrying Cloud/software sales or consultative account management within a B2B technology environment. Proven track record of managing full commercial transaction cycles, forecasting, and building consensus across cross-functional internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Core Competencies and Skills:

  • Dynamic Portfolio Management: Demonstrated ability to navigate high-volume account books by leveraging predictive analytics, Cloud usage indicators, and intent-based signals to prioritize high-value engagement.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Integration: Exceptional aptitude for partner-centric sales, with a track record of building influential networks in matrixed organizations. Adept at managing seamless opportunity transitions from internal development teams to ensure continuity in the sales process.
  • Cloud Domain & Data-Driven Decision Making: Solid understanding of the Cloud computing landscape, competitive Cloud service providers, and modern deployment models. Strong analytical foundation with a focus on monitoring deal velocity, stage progression, and total contract value. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), business intelligence platforms, and modern account research tools.
  • Consultative Communication & Influence: Exceptional command of English and the supporting market language, with the professional presence required to facilitate complex commercial negotiations and deliver compelling presentations to executive stakeholders.
