What is your mission?

At TDCX, we deliver exceptional customer experiences for some of the world's most innovative brands. As we continue to grow in Singapore, we are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting top talent to fuel our expansion.

 

You will lead full-cycle recruitment activities in Singapore, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive hiring outcomes across our business. From building robust talent pipelines to championing our employer brand, you will be at the forefront of shaping TDCX's workforce and candidate experience in the market.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across customer support, sales, and operation support roles.
  • Drive candidate sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers on job scoping, workforce planning, and market insights.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives including digital campaigns, career events, and localised branding efforts that position TDCX as an employer of choice.
  • Provide timely recruitment data, insights, and strategic recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment regulations and maintain accuracy within the ATS.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes for speed, quality, and efficiency.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing both high-volume and specialist hiring concurrently.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment analytics tools, and a variety of sourcing channels.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
