What is your mission?
- Manage the periodic financial closing process (month-end, quarter end, year-end).
- Support Internal and External Audits, ISO Certifications, and report all findings to Management with recommendations for improvement, implement strategies to support such improvements
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis of GL transactions, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Schedules; identify root causes and recommend improvements.
- Close collaboration across functional units and team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.
- Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows
- Uploading of reports in Tagetik for Consolidation of Financial Reports by Group Finance on a quarterly and annual basis
- Develop and execute relevant accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports, tables and relevant documentation.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports for regulatory authorities such as BIR, PEZA, SEC, BOI, LGU
- Supervision and completion of Fixed Asset Verification and Reconciliation
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your nature/classification of employment in the organization and as may be deemed necessary by the company in its evolving business exigencies and requirements.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Must be a CPA
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Managerial or similar position, handling General Accounting preferably from the similar Industry
- Experience in handling a team is required.
- Strong background in financial statement preparation, and with solid experience in financial closing
- Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
- Experience in using Finance ERP such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting markets.
