What is your mission?

• Review and standardize the Procurement policy and implement “Best Practices” for TDCX group.
• Implement and execute of the Procurement process across TDCX group.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement a global procurement platform to manage the Procurement and Bidding process across TDCX group.
• Perform strategic planning and cost analysis for various area and evaluate the need for global suppliers in various areas to optimize and improve quality and cost management.
• Accountable for managing global suppliers including performing supplier’s due diligence, price negotiation and evaluation of supplier’s proposal, contracts with suppliers, supplier’s performance evaluation, identifying alternative suppliers for key global suppliers etc.
• Lead transformational activities to build procurement organization capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 4 to 6 years working experiences in related field.
• Able to work independently, a quick learner and work well within the team or cross functional team
• Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
• In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms
• Strong knowledge of materials and specifications, furniture sourcing and vendor resources
