What is your mission?

  • Manage and optimize network performance, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and ensure network security.
  • Implement and administer system software, including operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, and other     infrastructure services.
  • Provide technical support to internal users and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively identify potential problems, and take corrective actions to prevent outages.
  • Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and data protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with other Global IT teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
  • Supporting project implementation for IT Team. 
  • Support data to IT Auditing and IT Compliance team.
  • Office IT security , antivirus implementation and monitoring , Vulnerability management and fixed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support and IT Infrastructure. 
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security concepts.
  • Experience with Cisco router and switch.
  • Experience with Firewall Fortigate, FirePower.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • Experience with Windows server, AD, DHCP, DNS and manage complex GPO.
  • Experience with Linux server.
  • Experience with O365 Exchange online management.
  • Experience with IT Audit ISO27001
  • Good communication both writing and speaking in English.
