What is your mission?

The Training Manager is a critical role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our employees are equipped to meet and exceed client expectations, driving performance and quality across all service delivery areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across various departments and client programs.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
  • Trainer Development: Mentor and coach trainers and subject matter experts to enhance their facilitation and instructional skills.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction, online platforms, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.  
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure training content and delivery align with client requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient delivery of online training.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with client representatives to understand their specific training needs and develop tailored programs.
  • Stay Updated: Remain current on industry best practices and emerging training technologies to continuously improve training programs.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on training activities, attendance, and effectiveness for management review.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.  
  • Proficiency in using LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
