What is your mission?
- Provide confidential counselling and psychological support to content moderation specialists dealing with the emotional challenges of their role.
- Implement regular assessment protocols and/or psychometric evaluation, as required.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and other mental health issues that may arise in the course of their work.
- Develop and implement mental health and wellness workshops and programs tailored to the needs of content moderators, aimed at promoting workplace resilience and coping strategies.
- Align with Operational Management, the TDCX (MY) Wellness Team, the EAP 3.0 Employee Assistance Programme, Employee Engagement, the Human Resource Business Partner (Team), Industrial Relations and other functional units to ensure a seamless network of support addressing situational and systemic issues affecting the emotional wellbeing of content moderators.
- Remain abreast of the latest research and Best Practices in mental health support for individuals working in high-stress environments.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate (Master’s or PhD) Degree in Psychology or Behavioural Science from an accredited institution, and other relevant credentials to be specified.
- 5 years working experience in a related field.
- Specialization in areas such as trauma, crisis intervention, protective youth services or clinical/occupational psychology is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals in high-pressure or emotionally demanding roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse, multi-cultural workforce.
- Knowledge of online gaming communities and the unique challenges faced by content moderation specialists is a definite plus.
