What is your mission?

• Support the development of Office Safety and Health (OSH) policies and programs.
• Conduct research, advise, and develop guidelines on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of equipment, renovation, ergonomic furniture etc.).
• Conduct risk assessment, enforce preventative measures, prepare reports on occurrences, and provide statistical information to upper management.
• Review existing policies and measures, ensuring to update them according to legislation.
• Work with GRiP and Internal auditing centered teams to inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective gear).
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes of non-compliance or any security and/or safety incidents.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management, Engineering or a related qualification.
• Preferably with 3 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Experienced in writing reports and policies for health and safety
• Possesses knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices. Certificate in occupational health and safety will be an advantage.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures is preferred.
• Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
