What is your mission?
- Coordinate performance appraisal and salary review for all employees.
- Ensure external competitiveness and internal equity among existing employees.
- Administer employees' benefits by processing, reviewing, consolidate and coordinate initiatives, programmes, administration, claim, vendor.
- Assist to disseminate new/updated compensation and benefit information through effective communication channels
- Assist in compensation and benefit project to contribute on efficiency enhancement and improvement of compensation and benefit functions.
- Prepare C and B monthly reports, analytical and statistic.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics or Business Administration.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be knowledgeable in the areas of local compensation, benefits and payroll practices and survey research methods and labor laws.
- Good planning, organizing, communications, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Very good in MS Excel and Human Resource Management System.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
