What is your mission?

  • Liaise with managers, product and cross-functional teams, and project owners/stakeholders to facilitate project requirements (BRS/SRS) definition, project kick-off, schedules, change requests (CR), etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, execute and monitor project planning, scheduling and resource allocation based on skills and availability.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and issue logs, ensures that all aspects of a project including project activities, meeting schedules, progress/milestone tracking, deliverables and reports are properly documented, organised and in conformance with timeline and requirements.
  • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, organise and lead regular project meetings which includes agenda, meeting minutes, follow-up and tracking of action items.
  • Monitor and analyse project progress, identify and report potential risks, dependencies and/or delays between projects to the Delivery Manager, proactively addressing issues according to the project work plan and adapt scope/timeline/resources as necessary.
  • Coordinates scrums, demo and technical support to external stakeholders and end users if necessary.
  • Serves as a point of communication between Technical teams, internal and external stakeholders on project execution matters which includes progress reports/updates, issues, releases, status, as well as responding to queries/requests and channelling the information to the rightful party(ies) for further action(s).
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Software Engineering / System Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferable with 7 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Extensive experience in the followings:
  • Project Coordination and/or Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Agile  methodologies
  • Project and reporting tools i.e. Jira, Clockify, Power BI
  • Project management practices and documentations commonly applied in Agile methodologies
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects at the same time with minimum supervision.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, project and resource planning and execution with great communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as cross-functional team members.
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented and a responsible team-player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
